Evergreen moved to CIPM in November 2002 after being located on the Chicago's South Water Market to give our customers a safer and more convenient way of purchasing their supplies.  With our new loading docks, you will no longer experience traffic jams and find the service is much quicker. Our state of the art refrigeration preserves our inventories in separate storage coolers for each category of produce we sell.
