Evergreen
International started 17 years ago by Wayland Joe primarily selling
oriental vegetables on Fulton Street.
He then moved to 63 South Water Market building his business for the
next few years. In 1994 Wayland and his new partner,
Rich
Domagala, purchased 4-6-8 South Water
Market, and started expanding into full line Asian, Indian, &
American vegetables. In the following years, the business was built
up by a philosophy of service, quality, and competitive pricing.
In the ensuing
years, Evergreen has added sales and staff that have the expertise
in food service, Asian foods and the know how to take care of the
customer.
Our sales, office and operations
staff are multi-lingual speaking fluent Spanish and Chinese (all
dialects).
